What is this film from the 70's

I saw a horror film on the big screen back in 1978 but not the main film. I dont know who it starred and not sure of the title but Dream Home keeps springing to mind. It is about a newly wed couple who move into a new home and the woman keeps hallucinating i.e a little boy riding on a bike in the garden, husband laying in bed with his throat cut and a woman laying in the bath dead etc etc. They call in a clairvoyant who tells them the house isnt haunted, they look back into the past history of the house a find no record of any strange happenings. The finale has a real twist when the woman is diagnosed as having paranoia, is sectioned and the husband sells the house. On handing the keys over to the woman (who the wife had earlier seen laying dead in the bath) he wishes her all the best. The woman replies "Sorry my husband isnt here to say goodbye but he in bed with the flu and off to have a bath and then calls over to her son whos in the garden riding his bike. The man then gets into his car and from the back seat an escaped mental patient slits his throat.
This was one of those films that I keep thinking about but can never find, anyone know anything.

Thanks in anticipation

em not sure what the name is ..but it sounds like one of the short stories from or like asylum..
i think another movie in the same thingy was of
where the couple are driving in the rain and they get a flat tyre..
the boyfreind leaves to get the puncture fixed while she waits in the car..
she can hear 'scratch 'drip drip' sounds..
turns out her boyfreind had been slain
and his bloodied face splats onto the windscreen...

Thanks for the answers!
In the good old days of the 70's we were spoilt at the movies because the support film was as long as the main. The film I have mentioned ran for about 1.5 hours, it didn't seem to be a 'B' movie and it is so annoying because I can almost remember it like it was yesterday. This is one of those films which genuinely made me jump and the reason I am trying to locate it. I know that sometimes films released in the US have the title changed when released over here and I am wondering if it was released under another title.
Thanks for all the replies.
