Home movie style filmed horror seems to be a big thing these days. Oddly I find them still watchable despite the annoying camera movements (until the end where it looks like the guy's filming from a Merry Mixer). The characters and their stupid decisions though make it hard to sit through. Honestly, after the 2nd or 3rd dead guy, you'd think it'd be OBVIOUS that splitting up is BAD IDEA. Horror movie 101 people geezus. The ghost/demon/entity/thing was awful. Angry-Eyed McKillerFace looked a little too fake for my taste. The deaths were more terrifying when you couldn't see him. ...And what's with the Alien clicks before the thing attacks... I don't know. I didn't hate it, but I probably won't ever watch it again.

You really have to put your expectations at non-existent for an Asylum film
