I'll have to check out Deadbeat's recs. I've only seen Asylum Blackout and Cannibal. Cannibal is pretty icky though.

I don't have anything by way of asylums, but I too would like recommendations. I think the mockumentary Cropsey had a scene that freaked me out a little.
