Yep, traps is probably the best way to go, short of an exterminator. You're probably doing this already, but seal or remove any food source even the dogs food if possible. Maybe see if you can find the source of entry and patch that.

Thanks Lady! Yes, no food is open, even dog food, I even put open bags of chips and crackers in the fridge, always been paranoid of bugs and critters. I live on a mountain in a huge house we rent so there are several places I'm sure......and then there are the stink bugs. I was neurotic to begin with but between the two it's getting worse
