She goes downstairs to some basement/garage/storage area at some point, then she hears a baby crying or some such, sees the pram, then a black figure behind it - gets into the elevator and the door keeps opening after she tries to shut it.
Though, the conjuring did much the same "dread" effect (only better) with the daughter of the two paranormal investigators, when the darkness came towards her.
