I don't see directors change as a bad idea. I am really looking forward to this after liking the first and second one.
I bet that there is a new family, who has these
"paranormal experiences" and they need desperately help.
Then our heroes Specs and Tucker come, to solve the cases.
(Seriously, these guys were one of the best characters in this series. And Elise was awesome too.)
Maybe we learn more about the dark and mysterious,

Or we just hear the same story again, nobody knows, right now.
