Don't laugh but the ghosts in the House of Haunted Hill remake definitely freaked me out. They definitely have a twitchiness to them...

To go alone with the Asian horror theme, definitely check out Rinne (Reincarnation). I always found that their corporeal ghosts are really successfully scary.
