Not sure if this is horror or what, but I saw this a few years ago, or mayb even tv show.

Basicly guy wakes up with a computer chip in his head, that makes him see comercials, and they don't stop untill he buys what ever they are trying to sell, and he has to find out who put it there and how to get rid of it, or something like that.
