Yes I have and you're wrong in the case of Darkthrone.
There was a mistranslation of the phrase “Norsk Arisk Black Metal" (Arisk was misinterpreted as Aryan when it meant Norwegian) and a inappropriate "Jewish behaviour" joke which they apologised for. The whole incident caused a storm of bullshit and the misconception still continues.
They aren't a NSBM band and despite Varg's dubious philosophy and theories on racial separatism neither is Burzum.
