You would hope so but i think too many people are getting into the stupid 3-D crap and not enough people are actually enjoying good movies. I don't think people watch movies for the right reasons anymore or maybe i've just become jaded towards the general movie going public.

I work in market research for the movie industry, and most adults we poll say they are tired of the 3-D fad. They hate the extra cost, they hate the crappy quality, and there are more people than you would think that have issues with viewing it.

The studios are determined to cram it down the public' throat because they have so much invested in it. They'll keep at it till the public stays home en mass, but eventually they're going to have to face up to the fact they're driving their audience away.
