Trespass (2011)
Though it's not a remake, but the premise & the set up has some similarities with the recent Spanish film
Secuestrados aka Kidnapped, which is a far better home invasion thriller than this one big mess. You won't like to give a damn about the characters or care about what happens to them at the end; even Cage & Kidman couldn't able to contribute anything other than their face value.
Skip this one, watch the Spanish one that I already mentioned...where you'll find a shocking ending at least.
