If the internet providers here starting to do that sorta stuffs then there will be a riot here by the users!:D
But lately I got a sms & e-mail from my internet provider & they just informed me that (to ensure a minimum level of smooth connection to its all users) if I download more than 30 GB in a month then they'll slow down the speed drastically to 128 kbps for the rest of that month!! That sucks! as I've already downloaded more than 22 GB this month so far.:(
