You're going to be disappointed a lot with that kind of attitude. Not everything can be phenomenal. You can't have great movies without the average ones. If every movie was amazing, then they would just become average because there would be nothing to compare it to but that doesnt mean those average movies should be hated. It is possible to enjoy a movie that doesnt blow you away. You just enjoy it on a different level. But hey if that's the way you are, that's fine and no one is going to change that or should even try to. For your sake i hope horror movies can become incredible once again.
