Night of The Demon. Saw this when I was a child and the following day at school the conversation centred only on the silly manifestation at the end. Fair enough. But the idea of passing the runes was excellent and well handled. I've great big soft spot for the movie. I'd heard rumours of a remake. Whether it's happened is another story. Also, didn't Richard O'brian mention Night of the Demon in The Rocky Horror Show? 'Dana Andrews said prunes, gave him the runes and passing them used lots of skills...' excellent.
