The tattoo dude's little brother is very suicidal and at one point while the tattoo dude is away, he begins hallucinating about this trippy television show he's watching and these charactors start manafesting and begin tempting him to kill himself for fun or something. So he does. There's this scene where the dude with the tattoo is in a Barber Shop I think and these 2 "satanist" thugs come in to talk to him and they end up slitting some guys throat I think. I REALLY need to find this flick again!
