The second one sound like the best to me. I'm no expert however... but 4GB of ram would be sweet for all the Adobe programs. I've got no idea about graphics cards so whether that one is any good is a mystery to me haha.
You may strike a bit of trouble running various games in Windows 7 I know I did.
