Should be [youtube ] + link +[/youtube] but remove everything from the link except for the capital letters at the end.
IE:"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQsD9...eature=popular" becomes IQsD98ScW_Q You may have to mess with it a few times, but it works for me.
