I would have to disagree because I didn't find Begotten all that disturbing as a whole. Sure the first 10 minutes are pretty messed up, but the movie kind of falls from there.
The movies I wouldn't have put on this would be: Blue Velvet, The Last House on the Left and the Human Centipede. While all are definitely unnerving in their own right, I feel they fall short of "top most disturbing".
There are a few movies on this list I have yet to see, so I can't comment on them, but I do agree with some of the ones I have seen.
