RESULTS OF BATTLE ROYALE III CHALLENGE #6

I welcome the Raging Phantoms, Slice 'N' Dicers & Zombie Warriors, to your SIXTH BATTLE ROYALE III Results Meeting.

First of all, the correct answers :-

The Body Snatcher - No Awards,

The Virgin Spring -
Oscar 1961 : Best Foreign Movie,
Cannes 1960 : Special Mention for Ingmar Bergman,
Golden Globes 1961 : Samuel Goldwyn Award (joint)
,

Them! - Motion Picture Sound Editors 1955 : Golden Reel for Best Sound Editing, (No Oscars here sadly for 4 Phantoms)

Repulsion - Berlin International Film Festival 1965 : Silver Berlin Bear & FIPRESCI Prize - both awarded to Polanski,

Night of the Living Dead - No Awards,

The Burning - No Awards,

Cannibal Holocaust - No Awards,

Tenebre - No Awards, (be very surprised, Michelle! ;))

The Dead Zone -
Saturn Award 1984,
Avoriaz Fantastic Film Festival 1984 : Antennae II, Critics and Suspense Awards,
Canadian Society of Cinematographers 1985 : CSC Award for Best Cinematography
,

Bringing Out The Dead -
FFCC 2000 : Best Cinematography (joint), &
Italian National Syndicate of Film Journalists 2000 : Silver Ribbon for Best Production Design (joint)
. (even Awards given jointly count as Awards, redhead ;))

That's all you needed to send to me to get full points. I didn't count the other Award, Kinema Jumpo, as a major Award, so no entry for that. Nevertheless, all of those who sent me at least THAT entry above got FULL points.

Sadly, the SEVENTH entry I got was the FIRST ALL-CORRECT ENTRY, and that contestant wins a trip to the Rewards Chamber. There were others after, but NONE before.

The results will widen a lot of eyes and raise plenty of eyebrows. Let's have a peek at them...

...NEXT!
