Thanks everyone, I didn't get up to much, took it easy and went to the pub in the evening with some friends drank about 8 or 9 pints, then onto some dalwhinnie 15 year old single malt which I got given a bottle of.
Felt a bit worse for it all today, especialy this afternoon when I was starting a new job.
But I survived.
