I've always been a casual fan...didn't really have a team, but I'd watch a game once in awhile.
Following it a lot more this year though: my roommates are HUGE Toronto fans, so it's hard to avoid. Still don't really have a team - so far I just enjoy watching Toronto get their asses handed to them on a regular basis.
