Grilled crocodile with lemon myrtle and some other local spices, served with some semi caramelised spanish onoin, and a warm pineapple, port, clove, and nutmeg pulp.
Some lemon zest yoghurt over it.
Some grilled beef kebabs with mixed spices, orange, mint and cumin.
Made a garlic yoghurt sauce for that which incorporated similar flavours.
Served on some (the girl) home made ?chapati? bread, and iceberg lettuce.
Mixed Grille - steak, chicken, mushrooms, chicken sausage, lamb sausage, All in various spices, not sure, this one wasn't prepped here.
Some spicy crumbed/breaded chicken cooked in a foreman roaster thing.
Had a strawberry sundae with caramel down the bottom.
