This bit of news apparently comes directly from the BBC.

In a very vague report at Spanish website Aullidos they write, "Daniel Myrick, one of the co-directors of Project Blair Witch, talked about Blair Witch Project 3. He has confirmed that the film is a sequel to the first and starts right after where the first ends.

In the words of Daniel Myrick, "I think there will be some elements of a video in it, but it will not be shot with a camera in first person."

There is no source for the interview, so it's unclear who actually talked to Myrick.

Wait for the official confirmation of this as soon as it comes in.
