Though I haven't seen the Shadow Vampire but I'm glad that TCM Beginning won that match. I agree it looked quite similar to the remake but they made a nice background story of Hewitt family. Overall it was fast paced, decently gruesome and leatherface was a damn good killing machine. I highly enjoyed both the remake & the prequel...you can say, my favorite guilty pleasures.:)
