most landlords would rather rent to men than women because in general - women are messier.
the type of guys who are slobs still live at home with their momies cleaning up after them .. then they go straight to marriage with some sucker who will take the place of mom. i dont think too many of them survive on their own.
my wife is one of the messiest people i know - it drives me fucking crazy.
