Just made what was probably the least attractive omelette in the history of man...didn't grease the pan properly, had a bitch of a time trying to fold the thing...not to mention the fact that I chopped the broccoli, eggs and cheese together, so it was this sickly off-green colour. Adding to the mess, it kind of ripped on the way out of the pan, and ended up on the plate resembling something I'd rather not describe.
But goddamn was it ever tasty!
This is why I can never be a chef...my presentations needs a shitload of work, even though everything usually turns out well otherwise.
