Every couple ought to talk, be honest, and have realistic expectations of each other which would lead to some ground rules getting set out.

I think that the presence, and non-prohibition of these materials in a relationship may in fact fulfill a man/woman in a way that would keep them from straying...sure they're fucking around, but no more'n in a dream etc...you're entertaining the "what ifs" rather than taking it out to the world.
