Public toilets (pissing is fine but I avoid taking a shit unless I've purelled the seat)
Crowds, or even groups of more'n 5-6 people.
Witnessing surgical procedures
"Panel" interviews...honestly I've only been in two but that's enough for me to decide that if I ever go to another interview that turns out to a panel, I'm out - Pass on my luck to the next applicant.
I'm not sure if this one counts as a phobia or something I just feel very strongly about, I have never been in less comfortable situations, and I think that they're an asshole of a process...a process I'm just not at all willing to subject myself to again.
