Yea, are they strict about that 21 year rule?
Well, I actually don't see any problem, as long as people can control themselves. You'd think Denmark, being the country with the "world record" in youth drinking, would be a violent country. However, Denmark is one of the countries with the lowest rate of violence, as far as I've heard.
Oddly enough, Denmark was also the first to legalize porn.
Conclusion: If you can watch porn and drink alcohol, why would you wanna beat up people.
