You've referred to her as your "ex" in the same sentence as him having done "something" with her...assuming she was your ex at the time, I don't see what the problem is.
Expecting a friend to like hate/not communicate with someone on account of a breakup might seem a simple enough request, but it's not.
I mean c'mon, the guys helping you move.
That said, if she WASN'T an ex at the time, you've got some kind've right to be pissed and it doesn't just seem unhealthily obsessive.
