yeah just reformat your computer. If you don't have the original disk that came with it..you can find a cracked version online and burn it to a disk..or you might have to on someone else's computer since you probably won't be able to do so on yours. I reformat mine every so often when I get viruses..it's much easier. Anything that you want saved you will have to back up on a disk or another data storage device like a flash drive.
