I think you're along the way to being right there.
From what I've read, It's not about concentration of the virus around any particular areas in the body it's about anal sex producing more friction and resulting in more tiny "cuts" forming on the parts that have contact - this happens with vaginal sex too, but less so...but yknow, fuck a person unprotected when they have AIDS, the two are among the highest risk.
But yknow...AIDS is only ever born out off stupidity or ignorance, sometimes both.
Either you don't know the person you're choosing to sleep with unprotected half as well as you ought to, or you're a goddamn needle sharing junkie fool.
