I don't think that's reason enough to ban gay marriage. Yes, Gay men are more likely to get HIV. But that doesn't mean they cause it. HIV doesn't choose who it goes for. It can happen to anyone and so if Gay people can't get married for that reason, anybody with HIV can't get married. Anybody with any Sexually Transmitted Disease Can't get married. But from there, it would get worse. Maybe they can't have any sexual relationships. Maybe no intimacy, in case it develops to sex. I'm not saying you would feel that way, but if you make one law like that, it would have to continue going to be fair.
Also, yes, Gay men cheat. But even then, most will not sleep around all the time. And most who are married will just stay with their partners. They may occasionally sleep with one or two people, as a straight person might. But if they're not committed at all, they are going to sleep with even more different people.
