especially weight... man if you think you are overweight as a young person - lose it NOW. dont bring this into your future because your quality of life will be crap. I'm not speaking for myself now - i'm overweight but not severely - but i see people my age or older struggling with it and it's a bullshit way to spend the second half of your life - unable to do anything worth a damn.

Sound advice for anyone 10-15 years younger who is reading this.
I hope I shed off all my extra baggage (weight, hassles, problems) before I hit 40. Not because I wish to live longer, but because I would have enough of a riskfree life to see my children grow up to have a successful life for themselves. At least when I die, I ll close my eyes with contentment and happiness, without a frown.
