Quantum of Solace.
Wonderful.
The gritty, humane Bond of the previous movie becomes dark and brooding here. I am guessing after 20 flicks of basically the same stuff, the producers finally decided to make Bond look as human as possible...ergo Casino Royale and now this. Craig makes a wonderful 007, ably supported by Judi Dench's cameos.
My only gripe - the camerawork in this one. The director had a lot of potential to make this as technically sound as he could, but in that one department he is lacking. The script is pretty good, and the direction is quite neat...although it looks like he ran out of ideas towards the end.
I am eager to see where the series goes next.
