i was told to stay the hell off my knee for the last 2 months ... longest i've gone without physical activity since i can remember.
so i was going to start tae kwon do again and thought i'd do some time on the treadmill - and some pushup/situps first to see how i'd do ..
holy crap - i have no cardio. its gone.
i'm not going back to TKD until i get that back so i dont explode my heart during the warmups.
