Lox?
I haven't posted in this thread in a while but thought I'd rescue it from the depths again, I admit even I've got lazy in keeping it afloat.
Had some ok food lately...did a bit of a bbq.
We took...
Some kind've sausages, LOTS of onions in butter/beer/salt/pepper.
Steaks done mid-rare to perfection. Sauces, Threw together a spiced garlic yoghurt sauce that I make, kangaroo burgers with cumin served with mixed greens and spinach leaves, big ol' bag of grated cheese, portabella mushrooms in a creamy thyme sauce. Lamb ribs, in a honey/soy/orange marinade my friend put together, they blackened slightly.
Coke (killer) and Beers, enough beers.
I like to bbq, I do.
