As I said, I regretted posting in there shortly after. I shouldn't have gotten involved at all.
I will say this, the problem I had was mainly the insinuation that everyone here is self centered, uncaring and just all around assholes . I didn't like the "misreading" of people's posts to try to support that. THAT is what pissed me off, not even the initial post. Nella, I WAS nice to you and never said a bad thing to you, I'm not asshole.....usually, I'm nice to everyone. Ask just about anyone here. I try to make people feel welcome, even though I tend to stay out of the new introduction threads, because I don't know who is going to stick around. But not everyone is going to be nice, like Despare says, not everyone here HAS to like you (hell, not everyone here likes me....yes, I know...hard to believe....;) ) and you also just can't be so sensitive to everyone's remarks, or threads. If you are, people are going to get frustrated. I don't necessarily like some of what newer people go through here, but I also don't believe everyone here is going to (or even should) look at things the same way I do. We are all very, very different people, it is what makes this place interesting.
So to put an end to this finally, at least from my point of view, apology accepted. And I will also apologize if my post was out of line. You're right, it wasn't my place. I should always go with my initial instinct and just stay the hell out of it....:rolleyes: Have a nice day. Now watch some horror movies.....:p (now see, that is just me having a bit of fun with you, not being an ass)
