Mine is obviously from The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue. The "e" got left out of Manchester because there was a limit to the number of letters in usernames.
Unlike Urge, I have used heaps of different usernames over the years. I was actually thinking about it a few days ago - I think the first username I ever used was "hammurabi". That was for BBS's, before the world wide web.
