Yeh I don't see why it gets so much shit. The female Yakuza boss is a great villain and really reminds me of Lucy Liu's character in
Kill Bill perhaps one of many of Tarantino's homages in the film?
I'm thinking it's another case of dissing the flick because of the actor. Probably why a bunch of great Van Damme and Seagal flicks are panned in the same way.
