Actually, it breaks down to about $6 grand an acre, which is about $30,000 an acre less than what you pay here in Florida. So it aint a bad deal, if you don't mind freezing your tits off. As far as Gomer living there before, somebody has probably died on every livable square acre of the world, at one time or another, in history.
