to anybody who can identify this movie.

I saw it years ago, and I was so young I probably fell asleep and this is why I can remember so little about it.

I'm pretty sure it was about cops and gangsters.

I think the climax was set in a club and some guy got the top half of his body stuck in a barrel.

Summer in the City by The Lovin' Spoonful was played in it.

At the very end a skeleton appeared on the screen and I think it laughed.

Can anybody identify it for me please?
