Did your content get erased off the ipod touch, or off your itunes library on your computer as well?

off the iPod...iTunes is all there

Was the content itunes protected content (ie stuff that you bought from the istore) or non-protected content?

It is really shitty when upgrades make things worse than the thing you upgraded from! Hopefully this is easily recoverable and Apple or someone here can point you in the right direction to getting your stuff back on your ipod...

I am restoring it at the moment, ( the apps are taking FOREVER to DL, so I think I just figured out where the problem is)
I think if it fucks up again, I will just take it back and tell the store if I have to come back...baaad things are gonna happen:D
