That's what I did with the above...
Captured the game intro frame for frame and turned it into a gif. I've done plenty of others too, the hardest was from the old MUGEN engine. You couldn't disable layers to getting one JUST of a super move required a lot of work on every frame. I've taken them from DVDs too...
