Oh, you guys know about the NHS right? National health service. All the workers pay a little bit into it and then, we get operations and that whenever (as long as it's necessary,) which as far as I can tell is better than the system most of the world uses where you only pay when you need to. But even that's being ruined because, in portugal and poland and all the other places, they aren't used to being able to get a doctor's appointment free of charge, so they use it whenever they can. Even if it's nothing. They aren't used to it and they like it and don't seem to realise the affects it's having.
Say a pregnant woman comes over, has her baby in england or someone with cancer comes over for kimo (dunno if that's how it's spelt), they get it, but haven't payed into the system. Now as this happens more and more, the NHS is losing money, and we may have to change to the pay when you need system!
