I'm not sure (but I damn well hope) if news of Madeline McCann has reached those of you in the USA and other places around the world, and those of you hear in great Britain will have. The young girl who, whilst on holiday with her parents and two younger sisters in may, was abducted from her villa. Many people have different views on whther it was the parents fault as they left the children sleping in their private villa and went out for the night.
Her two sisters where left alone and more and more info is reaching the media and police as time goes by, the latest being that the two younger sisters have been speaking of a man on the balcony the night of the dissapearance which has been disregarded until now. Some have ven said, and the police look into it, that the parents may have killed their daughter.
But I was just watching the news and found out a Hollywood company has approached the McCanns about making a movie on the matter. Here are my thoughts on the matter.
1. To do it so soon after the girl has dissapeared and when heavy grieving is still going on is in extremely bad taste.
2. A conclusion hasn't been reached and as I said, there is still evidence coming in, so accuracy may be a problem.
3. If they do make it before all the evidence is clear and is isn't accurate, it would make those who maybe were not old enough to remember the event, or those across the seas who may not have heard about it, get the wrong idea and make false beliefs on the matter popular.
There are some benifits of it, the most obvious being the amount of money it would bring in to fund the search for Maddie. The parents have denied that they will allow a normal film, but have not ruled out the possibility of a touching the void type film, where it is hal movie, half documentary. I end with a message to all of you to remember this face and especially the right eye.
