I actually found that movie to be incredibly... Dull and overrated... As though it couldn't decide whether it wanted to be Horror, Thriller, Ensemble, or Period Piece... I
think it wanted to be a Period Piece... But the latter focus on Jake Gyllenhaal's disintegration toward the end made me think that maybe it was a psychological piece...? Maybe...?

Charming melancholic indie film about misanthropes finding each other.

WOW that description was pretty cheesy.
Anyway... It was nice, well-directed and quirky.
