Simmered some chicken in some szechuan pepper, sesame oil, water, tumeric, dark soy, star anise, and a soft merlot.
Had that with some soft sesame seed bread rolls, sliced chilli, carrot jardiniere , finely sliced iceberg lettuce and brown onion, spring onion, corriander leaf, chopped chilli, and tomato.
This was, not bad.
