I'm pretty sure that in America the government actually PAYS for 'erectile dysfunction medications' for prisoners...Or used to

EDIT: Okay, I looked it up...The US government WAS paying for erectile dysfunction drugs (Viagra and Cialis) via medicaid, it turned out that MANY people who were receiving the drugs on Medicaid were registered sex offenders (not prisoners)...Umm...Not much better...
Apparently when they make this connection, they stop it
