It isn't exactly a 'popup'...I mean, yeah it 'pops up'...But, it isn't an ad or SPAM...It's just a request for authorization to view a picture that has been hotlinked to their site

Hotlinking isn't such a great idea, most places forbid it as it eats up their bandwidth...This is why I urge everyone to use Photobucket as they allow each user their own amount of bandwidth to post pictures with, and they don't have as many problems as many other image hosts (ie: Imageshack)

I can remove pictures that are linked to this one...But, if it's in his sig we can only wait until he comes in and changes it
